Who Is Behind Big Apple Media, Really?
My name is Gene and I’m a founder of Big Apple Media and Happy Website Design, web design and marketing agencies I started in New York City and have been running for the past 23 years.
I’m the one-person force behind it all. I’m part web designer, part WordPress Developer, part SEO expert, part “wait, why isn’t this button working” specialist.
I get genuinely happy helping small businesses and health pros show up online like they actually mean it.
Just one focused human making your website look good, work hard, and bring in the right people while you focus on literally anything else.
Fun Facts
- I've been building websites for over 20 years, which probably makes me kind of old, but also experienced.
- I'm currently residing and working on the West Coast in Olympic Peninsula.
- Before moving to West Coast, I spent 15 years living in Brooklyn, NY
- I'm a proud papa to three wonderful kids, which means I'm basically an expert at chaos management.
- I work-out regularly. Partly for my health, but also so I can keep up with my kids.
- I've worked remotely for 15 years, which means I perfected the art of deep focus long before the rest of the world discovered it
- I don't like to waste time. I just show up, do the work, and repeat.
