Well, if you still wanna give it a try then I shall be the one to teach you :)
Translatable to Photoshop, Paintshop and even GIMP since the colourings are minimal
Please have at least some basic knowledge of the program you are using
Also I write alot; but thats only because I want to help you understand, so sorry if it annoys some.

Difficulty: Fairly easy.
Hardest part for me was not drooling on the keyboard (mmm, Jesse L Martin) ;) (ETA: The hardest part was not beating lj bloody for messing up my coding 87 times!!!!)
