Eligibility
Open to all participants interested in enhancing K-12 education through AI. Projects must utilize at least one API and one AI tool or method during development.
Project and Submission Requirements

Utilize at least one AI-related API/tool.

Use AI in brainstorming, coding, or development.

Budget: Must not exceed $10 in API credits and fees (this will be provided to each group!).

Submit documentation covering Problem/Target Audience, Process, Solution, and Ethical Statement.

Judging Criteria and Winner Selection
Projects will be evaluated based on the following criteria, each scored on a scale of 0-4:

Problem/Target Audience: How well the project identifies a relevant problem and defines a clear target audience.

Process: The inclusion of required APIs and AI tools, as well as research into the target audience.

Solution: Effectiveness of the proposed solution in addressing the problem and making it accessible and user-friendly.

Ethics: Demonstrating critical thinking about ethical considerations and how AI is applied responsibly.
The project with the highest cumulative score will be declared the winner. Ties will be broken based on excellence in the "Solution" category.
