APPLICATION PROCEDURE

If, once an accessible information request or complaint has been made, it has been dismissed, or you disagree with the decision made, or the response does not meet the requirements set out in Article 12.5, the interested person may initiate a claim. A claim may also be initiated if twenty business days have passed without a response.

The claim may be submitted through the Generic Instance of the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as through other options included in Law 39/2015, of October 1st, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Claims will be received and processed by the Subdirectorate General for Service Inspection of the Ministry.
