- All the participants should reach the event venue before 10.00 AM. Any team failing to do the same will be disqualified.
- All the participants are requested to bring with them utilities like Laptops, Internet, Water Bottle and other hardwares required.
- All the participants are supposed to attend the inauguration session. The event details and guidelines will be briefed during the event.
- Since this is an Open Hackathon, there are no themes or tracks and Sponsored tracks. Teams have the autonomy of choosing problem statements and to solve them. Sample problem statements will be provided.
- The problem statement chosen cannot be changed and have to continue working on the same problem. The problem and the idea should be a social good.
- All the participants should make their code public and upload it in GitHub before final submission.
- While the participants can use open-source technologies, and work on the design beforehand, building can only be done after the event starts.
- Plagiarism checks will be done after the submission and if found, the Beyond The Loop organizing team has all rights to disqualify the team.
- The judging criteria will be there at different set of points and these criteria are decided by the Beyond The Loop organizing team.
- The organizing team has no control or responsibility in disputes arising in the prizes for sponsored tracks.
- No extra time will be given for submission and hence the teams have to make sure they do the required to complete the submission through Devpost.
