Bentley DGN Preview handler is a Windows shell extension from Bentley Systems, Incorporated that lets you quickly view DGN design files without opening a full CAD application. It renders high-quality previews and thumbnails for 2D and 3D MicroStation drawings directly in File Explorer’s preview pane, Outlook’s reading pane, and common file-open dialogs. The handler supports DGN V8 files produced by MicroStation and other Bentley applications, provides basic navigation such as pan and zoom, and respects view attributes stored in the file so you see the intended presentation.
