I've been absent from LJ for awhile because my account has expired and I can't post via email anymore until I get it renewed. That'll happen soon because I miss a lot of the features of a paid account.

I also went to FC this past weekend! I had a HELLOVA time and am looking forward to it next year! A little over 2600 in attendance and a little under 700 fursuits! Soon FC's gonna surpass AC in everything! I hope we blow AC's fuckin' doors off!

I'm so hoarse too. As I siad, 2600 critters and I swear I talked to about 1600 of them!

I didn't have Finster with me but I got to suit in Reddie's suit, Sago! He's an african wild dog and I had a lot of fun with him! Especially while visiting Thizzneyland!

I saw sooo many critters that I haven't seen in at least 3 years! I was so happy to see them all again even though I managed to miss a few of 'em (Al, Sabot, Rex, Loki, and a few others that escape me). I also did meet a bunch of kool kats too! Remmy's the man and SkullBuny is so awesome! You guys rock!

Five days of drunken and stoned bliss and I enjoyed every damn minute of it! The party floor was on the 19th floor and I was on the 18th floor so I didn't have far to crawl! The hotel floors are like a labyrinth and I kept waiting for David Bowie to pop out at any second!

My homie Dagz calls me up and says "guess which room I'm in?" Knowing Dagz, I said 420. He said nope and told me he was in room 404! I got all excited and said "You're in the room that is not found!" While trying to find the room that is not found, I ran into people in the halls looking for other rooms as well. They would ask me which room that I was looking for and I would respond with "the room that is not found!" Everyone that I ran across caught the reference and laughed their asses off! Rocko, Dagz, and I made a 404 - Not Found sign for the door and everyone I saw who saw it laughed or took pictures of it! It'll be showing up around the internets soon.

I had hella fun and if you didn't get to make it, I suggest you do so next year!

I've got: - clean and dry blankets - a new bed - some munchies - green - a couple drinks - a new bottle of gas for heat - a good charge on the lil' fennec It's about time I got a little bit of relief! Tuesday I woke up in a huge puddle of water that was caused by a hole I didn't know about and I had a stream flowing under me. Wednesday was the same. I thought I had plugged the leak but I was wrong. I did wake up in a puddle again but it wasn't as deep as before. the leak is all epoxied shut now. Also, everything is drying out today so the floor isn't as damp as before. Now that these fires are put out, I finally get a night of relief. Too bad I'll get back around midnight and won't fall asleep till 3-4am. Moms just texted me and told me that they cannot find Lil' Bit. She was the beagle that was apparently a senior citizen's dog and they must of passed on and through someone at Mom's work, they ended up rescuing her. Moms seems to think that Lil' Bit took off to find a final resting place. Moms said she hasn't been eating anything over the past few days and Moms gave her some pregnazone (I think?) to try to induce an appetite and Lil' Bit still wouldn't eat anything. Moms let her out this morning and she's been missing all day. She said that her and Pops checked all the places she would normally be at but she wasn't there. Moms says it's supposed to get down to the 20'd tonight down there. All I can think about is her poor frozen body laying out there. They can't euthanize her because she's too old and they say it hurts them when the stuff can hardly move through the veins.

Last night I decided that I want some donuts -- sort of a reward for being in the black all month. I stop at Wenchells last night and got a box. When I placed my order and told the nice lady that I wanted a dozen donuts while looking through the case and picking out the ones I wanted. After I was finished I asked her to fill the rest with glazed donuts. It was right then that she told me that their dozen is 14. I said, "Oh! One extra than a bakers dozen." She smiled and nodded in agreement. I asked her if she had anyone else that came in that would know how many is in a bakers dozen. (For those if you who are not in the know, a bakers dozen is 13, not 12.). She said that some of the older people know but none of the kids knew what it was. Good deed Friday	[Nov. 13th, 2009\|03:57 pm] Bennet the Blue Fox
(This is from last Friday, but I didn't have any time to post it until now.) Friday night I was on the train headed westbound. I looked across the way and in an empty seat across from me was a billfold. I was debating with someone on the phone on what I should do with it. A guy sitting in the seat behind it suggested that I give it to a TriMet person. The next few stops we rode through I didn't see any TriMet people. I would of handed it off to the MAX driver, but I was in the second car. I pick it up and look through it for a second. I stop when I got to the kid's ID (yep, he was a kid, just barely 18). I didn't see anything with a phone number on it and I hoped that the address on his ID was current. I didn't get a chance to return the wallet to the kid on Saturday because I didn't want to miss the last bus headed out so I wouldn't have to walk forever to get home. On Sunday I had some time to kill and I decided that I'd try to return the billfold to its rightful owner. A quick bit of Googling and I saw his house but Google couldn't tell me if a phone number was associated with the house. Nobody has land lines nowadays. After a bit of trekking, I finally found his house. I knocked on the door and this nice lady answered and I asked her if the kid lived here. She said he did and I asked her if I could see him. She said sure and called him out over to the door. Before he shows up, a man standing behind the woman (not sure if it was husband/boyfriend/etc) asked me what I wanted with the kid. I said that I had his billfold and I'd like to return it to him personally so I know that he got it back safe and sound. The guy's attitude changed after that and a few minutes later, here comes the kid. I asked him if he lost his billfold Friday night on the MAX on car 201A in the balcony. He kinna shrugs and said that he did. I told him that's where I found it and I picked it up because I wanted to return it. I've lost my ID once and I'll never go through the process of getting it back ever again! The man asked me if everything was in there and I said that I didn't know. I stopped looking when I found his ID behind his bus pass. The kid was exstatic about getting his billfold back! While all of this is going on, the nice lady slipped out and slipped back in the door again. She handed me something and before I realized what it was, I tried to give it back to her. I told them that I didn't do this looking for a reward (and I wasn't). I needed to put a little bit of good out in the world because apparently I had sent some bad out and it came back to me in threes. She wouldn't hear of it and as soon as I tried to return it, she shoved her hands in her pockets and pretty much made me take the reward. I'm not about to turn down free monies! Anyways, I was just happy that the kid had gotten his billfold back in tact with everything in it.
