Booking Process

INVITE BEN TO SPEAK AT YOUR EVENT
  1. Complete the booking inquiry and request form below.
  2. You will be contacted by Ben’s team to discuss details, fees, and dates (Ben is often booked out 8–10 months in advance).
  3. The speaking contract is agreed upon and signed by both parties.
  4. Once Ben’s team confirms your booking, your event will appear on Ben’s public calendar and be promoted by Ben (unless it is designated as private).
  5. In the lead-up to the event, you may provide additional media assets for Ben to distribute and promote in accordance with your contract.
