March 2026 – Mastermind Update
The March Mastermind gathering was facilitated by Dr. Bruce Locklear and centered on three themes: relationships, trust, and faith through vision. The session explored the challenge of managing difficult people, walking through the eight common personality archetypes and strategies for navigating each. We acknowledged that sometimes we can be seen as the difficult ones to others, and choosing to lead with empathy is of great value. The focus then shifted to trust, which highlighted a global confidence crisis and confirmed that trusted leadership was the top reason people stayed with an organization. The Mastermind spent some time talking about the value of clarity and its four-step framework of Communicate, Reliable, Alignment, and Transparency. We closed out our time together being reminded that “clarity is kindness.”
