Bazaar Externals plugin 1.3

This plugin supports external branches for various commands, such as branch, checkout, commit, pull, push, and update, and works with any client, including Bzr, QBzr, TortoiseBzr, and Bazaar Explorer. To get started with external branches, please see the "bzr help externals-add" command.
