Since bringing the tournament back, and including the 2026 Bay Point Billfish Open, BPBO has donated over $250,000 to local charities and nonprofit partners. Every year, support from our anglers, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and spectators helps extend the impact of the tournament well beyond the marina.

The Chapman Family Foundation
The Chapman Family Foundation continues a long-standing tradition of giving back in Bay County. Through the Chapman Invitational, the foundation supports charities that help physically challenged and economically disadvantaged children in the local area.
Gulf Coast Children’s Advocacy Center
Gulf Coast Children’s Advocacy Center provides programs and services for children and families impacted by abuse, neglect, or trauma. The organization works to protect and enhance the quality of life for victims of sexual violence and child abuse through a trauma-sensitive, coordinated approach.
Make-A-Wish
Make-A-Wish creates life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. Each wish is designed to bring hope, strength, and joy to children and families during difficult medical journeys.
