In early November, teams from Nord France Constructions, a subsidiary of FAYAT Bâtiment, delivered an emergency accommodation building for Accueil Fraternel Roubaisien (AFR), located in the heart of Roubaix. This design-and-build project meets a need: to provide a roof over the heads and a place of respite for people in very precarious situations.

The FAYAT Building division has reached a new milestone with the launch of a major project, la réhabilitation de la résidence La Garonne à Toulouse, conducted by the team of SEG-FAYAT on behalf of Toulouse Métropole Habitat. As project owner and social landlord, Toulouse Métropole Habitat initiated and financed this ambitious program, setting exacting specifications which SEG-FAYAT met to make this residence a model of urban renewal.
