Basement Before Waterproofing
The homeowner was experiencing water seepage and moisture issues in their basement. Before the project, the basement was damp and musty. The homeowner was unable to store anything in the basement due to the moisture, and the space was unusable. They contacted Basements by Burke for a waterproofing solution.
Basement After Waterproofing
Basements by Burke installed a comprehensive waterproofing system that included insulating the walls to prevent moisture from entering, installing a high-quality dehumidification system to control humidity levels, and a sump pump system with a battery backup to remove any water that entered the space.
Crawl Space Before Encapsulation
This homeowner was struggling with moisture issues in their crawl space. The excess moisture not only caused energy issues, but also posed health concerns due to mold growth. They contacted Basements by Burke for a waterproofing solution.
Crawl Space After Encapsulation
Basements by Burke installed a comprehensive waterproofing system by spraying foam to insulate the foundation walls, removing the old moldy insulation and doing a full crawl space encapsulation to secure the space from moisture and humidity.
