ADMISSION POLICY

The Museum is committed to providing a safe, welcoming and respectful environment for all visitors, staff, volunteers and guests.

To support that environment, visitors are expected to comply with all posted rules, Museum policies and directions from Museum staff while on the premises or attending Museum events.

The Museum reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person for safety or security concerns, intoxication, disorderly conduct, invalid identification or tickets, capacity limitations, violation of posted rules or Museum policies or any other reason deemed appropriate by management.

This policy applies to the Museum premises and to all public and private events operated, hosted or managed by the Museum.

Management reserves the right to revoke the license granted through any museum ticket, event ticket, membership or event participation fee by refunding the purchase price.  

Patrons visiting the Museum or attending events hereby grant the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum the right to use his or her name, likeness and voice in its publicity materials to promote the Museum and its programs.
