Major league stats from 1871 to 2025* are included, with no waiting for web access. *The free version goes up to 2024, and you can unlock the 2025 season with an In-App Purchase. This app is great for resolving arguments at the ballpark, at the bar, or in front of your TV. Look for a player by team and year, search for player name or team, or get career stats or season or career leaders. Rotate your device to see a "baseball card view" for any player. This Baseball Stats app has been updated each year since the Apple App Store was introduced in 2007. App features: - Search by player/team/year. Player tabs for batting, pitching, fielding, managing and personal. Season and career views. - Includes all original MLB seasons from 1871 to present, and Negro Leagues from 1903 to 1950. - Franchise history view. - Team stat totals - Trades and transactions - Rotate device on any player for "Baseball Card" view - Select Current year or All for Teams and Players lists. - Sort Years in forward or reverse order. - Tap through on nearly any stat to get rankings. - Tap through to all-star game from player personal stat all-star row. - Leaders view allows season or career queries for highest or lowest, top 10, 20 or 50 for many stats. - In Leaders results, press and hold on the table, then press the Copy button - you can then copy the table into an email etc. - Leaders pages include many batting, pitching, fielding and managing stats. - Years tabs gives standings, post-season series results and all-star game stats. - Postseason/Regular season control above player stat view - Dark Mode and up-to-date iOS 14 support - And many more ***Please send comments, questions or problem reports to me from the About/Info screen. -Mark

Some other improvements and bug fixes as well. 10.5 Jan 6 Bug fixes and general maintenance. Fix missing years in Players list for some early players, fix blank park names in team stats. Updated data from Retrosheet. 10.4 12/09/2025 Team logos for some Negro National League teams have been added. 10.3 11/16/2025 Improvements for display of Negro Leagues stats and bug fixes: year-standings now sorted by percentage and leagues in reasonable order, fix/reorder series names for negro league postseason series'. Also fix crash due to no allstar game in 1945. 10.2 11/06/2025 Major Change! Add Negro Leagues data provided by Society for American Baseball Research. Shout-out to Bryan Walko. This is the first release that includes the new data, just after it was released. I expect there could be errors or problems with the data. Baseball Stats 2023 Edition now contains the 2021 season by default, and allows in-app purchase of the 2022 season.
