There’s a difference between hosting an event and bringing people together. At Barrel of Monks Brewing, everything is built around that idea—thoughtful beer, a welcoming space, and just enough structure to let the moment happen naturally. No forced packages. No overproduction. Just a place that works. Flexible rental options are available, including full access to Barrel of Monks beers, served fresh and cold. Event bookings can include dedicated service, and catering is always welcome.

Upstairs

Our upstairs room is available for rental for your next meeting, gathering, or party. This room is capable of holding 60 for a standing cocktail party or up to 40 for a seated event. The room can be decorated by you (*some restrictions apply) to make it festive and fun!

The room can also be configured as a meeting room that can fit 24, including a conference table.

The room contains a 65 inch flat screen TV for presentations, or for sports, videos, or television. There is also a sound system for your use available.

This is a flexible room capable of hosting many kinds of events – use your imagination and make it special for your next celebration or occasion! Please note that the room is not handicap accessible. Decorations are not provided by Barrel of Monks. Some furniture is available.

Flexible packages may include drinks (beer, wine, and sodas). Catering can be provided by Cheffrey Eats (see below) or you can provide your own catering or food.

Catering

Cheffrey Eats is on-site daily as our resident food truck, led by classically trained chef Jeff Lemmerman. His approach is simple well-executed food that complements the beer, not competes with it. From à la carte service to curated catering menus, Cheffrey Eats offers a range of options including hors d’oeuvres, full-service catering, and thoughtfully paired beer dinners designed to bring both sides of the experience together.

For private events, this gives you a built-in option that already understands the space, the flow, and the standard we hold. It’s seamless when you want it to be. That said, flexibility matters. Guests are always welcome to bring in their own catering or keep things casual with light bites and snacks. Whether you’re planning something structured or keeping it loose, the setup works around you—not the other way around.
