B&I has built a team of 35 in-house degreed engineers whose specialty is the cost of a building project before construction begins. Our professionals have the skills, experience, and training to analyze plans, drawings, and specifications to determine the materials, labor, and equipment needed to complete the project. With this information, they create a detailed cost estimate that includes all the necessary expenses such as site preparation, materials, labor, and contingencies.
We understand the accuracy of the construction estimate is critical to the success of the project. That’s why our engineering team has experience with complex and time-consuming engineering projects, requiring knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and local building codes.
With a comprehensive focus on a wide variety of institutional type projects, our team leverages their insight and practical knowledge regarding the functionality of various types of systems, their application effectiveness, and cost value.
