Venue Questions
What are your opening hours?
The venue is open 7 days a week from 12pm till late.
What are your kitchen opening hours?
Lunch service is from 12pm till 3pm with the last booking 2.45pm.
Limited menu from 3pm till 5pm, all items available can be found on our menu with a whale icon next to them.
Dinner service from 5pm till 8.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, we welcome walk-ins whenever possible. However, we recommend booking ahead, especially for groups or special occasions.
Do you have wheelchair access?
We do not have wheelchair access. There we two flights of stairs to walk us.
Are you pet friendly?
Sadly we are not pet friendly.
Is Balcony Bar family friendly?
Absolutely – our warm, relaxed beach house vibe welcomes everyone, including kids and families.
Food & Beverage
Are vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free options available?
Yes – our menus include plenty of fresh, seasonal options to suit all dietary needs
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. We can accommodate most dietary preferences and allergies – please advise our team when booking.

Reservations
You can book online or call us to book 0266809666.
Do you require a deposit for bookings?
No, bookings for 11 and under do not require a credit card or a deposit. Please contact the booking for groups of 12 or more.
Group bookings
Groups of 10 or more adults are required to go on a set menu. These can be booked online. If you would like to discuss flexible options please call or email.
Drink only bookings
We accept drink only bookings. For groups of 8 or more in peak times please contact the venue direct.
