i find it frustrating when people readily tout ethanol as a "great" contender for an alternative fuel source and forgo the appropriate consumer research behind evaluating that idea. imo the big push for this corn-based fuel is obviously pork barrel politics. i've thrown my lot in with the critics who believe that it's an actual net energy loss. using all that farmland to feed cars instead of hungry people makes so little sense to me.

i'm interested in your thoughts, flist. (this post is, of course, a reaction to the free propel flex fuel that is currently being promoted in oakland)

Can't sleep D: Also really want tea.

I was on etsy looking at tea sets. I want to have a tea party in a garden!! I'm torn though, between a Chinese tea set or a Victorian-style one.
I also find tea for one sets absolutely charming, but they seem so lonely to me.

如何做好吃的蚵仔煎:

材料: 蚵仔, 蛋, 小白菜或是佟蒿菜, 太白粉, 鹽, 甜辣醬.

蚵仔洗淨瀝乾放些許鹽

開火, 鍋子放些許油, 放入蚵仔, 蛋, 小白菜或是佟蒿菜, 煎一下子
將太白粉放些水拌勻淋在 (蚵仔 蛋 小白菜或是佟蒿菜上) 待水乾 大功告成
