We understand the challenges that students and families face in today’s housing market, which is why we’ve recently reduced our prices — making quality housing more affordable without sacrificing comfort or security.
Each unit features full kitchens with a full-size fridge and dishwasher, private bedrooms sized for queen beds, and bathrooms with a combined tub and shower. All suites include air conditioning and a private balcony.
The building features five shared laundry rooms, secure entry with key access, and video surveillance throughout all common areas, including the parking lot. Residents also enjoy free on-site surface parking (unassigned, no plug-ins).
