I really need to hear how great I am, cause I can't even get up out of bed. Now say it like you mean it (doesn't matter how I really feel), sing it back softly, oh. You got to be strong and I've been empty oh so long.

The video has since been taken down with... well sort of an apology. That's the last I'll say about it, since my wishes were granted. Thank you guys. <3

So the photo that Lauren and I had done at NJCon was posted to Mishaland and my locked photobucket account. Someone saved it from Mishaland apparently and uploaded it to a few fan sites, which if I find, I'm asking them to take it down. It's my image, and I have every right to tell people if they can or cannot use it.

Well rin488 made a vid of pics of Misha Collins on YouTube. I left her a comment and messaged her, asking her politely to remove the picture from her video.

"I would appreciate it if you took down the video that you made with pics of misha collins. I am in the one photo and do not want it posted to you tube. Thank you." Not overly friendly, but polite.

She messaged me back this:

"which photo because i do not know you and don't really care"

Excuse me?

So I reported her to YouTube. It's invasion of privacy, plain and simple. She does not have my permission to use MY FACE in her vid.

Then today, I got an email from Robin Gage, who is apparently one of Misha's Minions. Or something.

This is what the email from "rbngage" read

"I understand where you are coming from. As some artists don't like you borrowing their artwork without permission or credit. Your picture was readily available on the internet. It's public domain. Without a disclaimer, "Please do not use without permission". Legally there is nothing you can do about it.
If she was able to get it. Obviously it was not in a locked community. If you don't want anyone to see it. Don't make it so easily available. I don't see the harm in the general public viewing it. i thought it was really cute.
You could have been more diplomatci about your request. You came off a little short with her. It was the way you said it that was rude. You seriously can't expect her to delete the video and re-edit it?"

WHAT? I mean really. SHE IS USING A PICTURE OF ME AND MY YOUNGER SISTER IN HER VIDEO WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. I have every right to ask her to take it down! This is an invasion of my privacy, and I just hope that YouTube also sees it that way.

And no, this isn't a friends only entry.
