At Avios we're committed to web accessibility.
We aim to ensure our website works well for you regardless of the technology, browser or the device you use - including making our site accessible if you are blind or partially sighted. We monitor which browsers, devices, operating systems and screen solutions are being used (anonymously) and how these change over time, so we can continue to make using this site a great experience.
Browsers & devices
You can access our site with all web browsers. We specifically optimise the site experience for the most popular (listed below) and test at screen resolutions of 1024 x 768 and upwards.

Some older browsers are not fully supported from a visual point of view. If you are receiving a dramatically reduced experience we would be happy to hear from you so that we can review any essential updates.
We are also conscious that there are a large range of devices being used to access this site. We test across a wide range of screen sizes across iOS and Android devices.
Text Size
You can change the text size you see as laid out below. You can return to the optimum screen resolution at any time by pressing the Control key+0 (Command+0 for Apple users).

Some operating systems also have built-in accessibility features that can read text aloud or magnify parts of the screen. If you have your own screen reading software, you should find it works well on this site. We suggest if your software has a 'Forms Mode',that you leave it turned off.
Speed of the website
We know that a fast website is important to you and we work hard to make ours as fast as possible, but there are factors affecting response speeds which are outside our control. They include your connection speed, the performance of your Internet Service Provider, and the amount of traffic on the Internet at the time.
Plug-ins and helpers
Plug-ins and helpers are not required for key functions on our site, but it assumes you have:
- Flash capability - usually installed with the browser
- Adobe Reader for .pdf files
