By registering and using Aviator Game, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted.
• You may operate only one account per person.
• Account information must be accurate and kept up to date.

2. Account Creation

You provide a valid Indian phone number, complete OTP verification, and create a password. You are responsible for keeping your password secret. We will never ask you for your password — anyone claiming otherwise is impersonating us.

3. Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ₹300. Maximum varies by payment method.
• UPI/GPay/PhonePe/Paytm/BHIM and direct bank transfer accepted.
• Most deposits credit instantly after admin verification of UTR.
• Deposit only from accounts in your own name. Third-party deposits will be rejected.

4. Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ₹500. Maximum: ₹5,00,000 per transaction.
• KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are processed 24/7 — most settle within 30 minutes; all within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals only to bank/UPI accounts in your own verified name.
• Wagering rollover (if applicable to a bonus) must be cleared before withdrawal.

5. Bonuses

Bonus terms (welcome bonus, cashback, promotions) are listed on each promotion page. By accepting a bonus you agree to its specific rollover, max-bet and game-restriction terms. Abusing bonuses (multi-accounting, no-risk strategies, etc.) results in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account closure.

6. Game Rules & Outcomes

• All games run on certified RNGs and are fairness-tested by independent labs.
• Game outcomes are final; the result on our server is the source of truth.
• Disconnections during a game do not invalidate the result. Bets settle as if the connection had been continuous.
• RTPs are published per game on each provider page.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Multi-accounting (running more than one account per person or household).
• Bonus abuse, collusion, fraud, money laundering.
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated tools.
• Attempting to access admin/owner areas, exploiting bugs, or running denial-of-service attacks.
• Sharing account credentials.

Violations result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance, plus reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

8. Account Closure

You may close your account at any time from settings. We may close an account for KYC failure, prolonged inactivity (12+ months), violation of these Terms, or upon legal/regulatory direction. On closure, any remaining balance (post-rollover, post-fees) is returned to your verified payment method within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aviator Game's total liability is limited to the lesser of (a) the amount in your account at the time of the dispute, or (b) ₹50,000. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, nor for losses caused by force majeure, third-party services, or your own actions.

10. Dispute Resolution

For disputes, contact 24/7 support first. Unresolved issues escalate to [email protected]. If still unresolved, disputes are subject to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), seated in [your registered jurisdiction].

11. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Players are responsible for compliance with their state's gaming regulations.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes are notified via email and in-app banner with 7 days' notice. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
