23 hour agoThe UAE government media office reported on Friday that the General Civil Aviation Authority has announced a gradual resumption of air traffic. UAE Minister of Economy and Tourism Abdullah bin Touq stated that "1.4 million passengers were served by the country's airports between March 1 and 12." He added that "7,839 air traffic movements were recorded."

Emirates Airline announced on Saturday the resumption of its operations at Dubai International Airport, following a temporary suspension of its flights. The airline said in a statement that passengers with confirmed bookings on flights Saturday afternoon could proceed to the airport, including transit passengers through Dubai, if their flights were scheduled to depart.
