Aventa is GN ReSound’s legacy fitting software for hearing care professionals. It is used to program and fine-tune many earlier generations of ReSound hearing aids, providing a guided workflow from client setup through device selection, acoustic configuration, gain and feature adjustments, and post-fitting counseling tools. Aventa supports standard prescriptive fitting rationales (such as NAL-NL2 and DSL v5) and ReSound features including feedback management, noise reduction, directionality, environmental optimization, and optional tinnitus sound support when available. It also enables pairing and configuration of compatible wireless accessories.
The software runs on Windows and can be used either standalone or integrated with NOAH 4. It supports common wired and wireless programming interfaces, including Hi-Pro and compatible ReSound/Noahlink wireless solutions. Aventa covers many legacy ReSound families such as Alera, Verso, LiNX, LiNX2, ENZO, and ENYA. Newer ReSound devices are fitted with ReSound Smart Fit rather than Aventa. Aventa is intended for use by licensed hearing care professionals.
