Early Life Born in Kolkata in 1989, Aditya was raised in
an industrial family environment marked by
structure, responsibility, and early exposure
to business operations.
Education He studied at Don Bosco Park Circus,
completed his BBA from Jadavpur University,
and earned an MBA from Cardiff University,
UK in 2012.
Business Evolution After returning to India, Aditya took charge
during a financial crisis and steadily
expanded the group across steel, EVs, defense, and infrastructure.
