Our E-Design Only service offers a fully developed room design plan that includes mood boards, curated furnishings, and convenient shopping links. These design packages empower clients to bring their space to life at their own pace, with the assurance of a cohesive and well-thought-out vision.
Full-Service
Our full-service remodeling and interior design projects offer a complete, start-to-finish approach. From initial concept plans to final installation, we manage every detail to ensure your space reflects your vision and functions beautifully—all while staying aligned with your timeline and budget.
CONSULTATIONS OVERVIEW
Our consultations provide direct, professional guidance to support your home projects. If you're located in Maryland, Delaware or Southern PA, we offer a 2 hour in home or virtual consultations to help you get started.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our time is yours during these working sessions, allowing us to focus exactly where you need support. These focused, 2-hour working sessions are designed to help you make confident decisions, whether you're selecting furniture, planning layouts, choosing paint colors, or mapping out a larger renovation.
Need more time? Additional hours may be booked and will be billed at an hourly rate so you can keep the project moving without interruption.

E-DESIGN DETAILS
Our E-Design projects offer a comprehensive design package for your space, including mood boards, furniture plans, curated furnishings, and convenient shoppable links. These packages empower you to implement a cohesive and well-thought-out design at your own pace and within your budget. Each room package includes up to two revisions of the selected items.

FULL-SERVICE DESIGN
Our full-service design offering provides a comprehensive and highly curated experience from initial concept to final installation. We thoughtfully manage every aspect of your home, including space planning, material and finish selections, custom furnishings, lighting, window treatments, accessories, and more. Each element is selected and coordinated with intention to ensure a cohesive, refined, and deeply personalized result. This service also includes detailed digital design boards, furniture plans, color palettes, and all of the finishing touches that bring your vision to life. Every detail is considered with care, down to the trim on your pillows.
WHAT TO EXPECT
These projects will include a minimum investment in furniture, decorative lighting, and accessories to be purchased through Avalon Custom Builders. We’re happy to create a proposal that focuses only on the spaces you choose, with the option to approach the project in clearly defined phases. The goal is to deliver a fully completed space so you can simply move in and enjoy it.

All furnishings and finishes are installed perfectly down to the
