In 1999 he co-created the first buyers guide for manufactured and modular homes — built from zero, and within two years it was generating nearly 40,000 visitors per month and ranking at the top of Google.
Not stopping there, in 2005 he launched RVreviews.net and within two years the site was pulling in close to 60,000 visitors per month — dominating a competitive national market. He eventually sold both digital properties, which remain industry-leading resources to this day.
