  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Products & Orders

  • All items are 100% genuine LEGO® products, unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change.
  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment, Monday to Saturday.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Netherlands: Letter post from €2,29, estimated 1-2 business days.
  • Europe: Letter post from €2,99, estimated 3-7 business days.
  • Worldwide: Letter post from €2,99, estimated 5-12 business days.
  • Worldwide Parcels: From €14,99, with tracking and insurance.
  • We are not responsible for customs delays or additional import fees.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Items can be returned within 30 days in original condition.
  • Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after receiving the return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment is received, including Saturdays.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
  • Orders placed before 15:00 PM (GMT+1) (Monday-Saturday) will be shipped the same day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Netherlands: Letter post from €1.99, estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.
  • Europe: Letter post from €2.49, estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Worldwide: Letter post from €2.49, estimated delivery within 5-12 business days.
  • Worldwide Parcels: Start at €14.99, shipped with tracking and insurance.
