Valentino Pagani | IT
Valentino Pagani joined ATTA in 2017 and becomes the director architect in 2022 after his collaboration in DGT since 2015. Valentino is leading large-scale projects such as Vitra – Tane Garden House (DE), Al Thani Collection – Hôtel de la Marine (FR), Hirosaki Contemporary Art Museum (JP) and NEWoman in Yokohama (JP). He also managed the installation for Florae exhibition (FR), Bramante art institution in Rome (IT). Valentino graduated from La Sapienza University of Rome, Urbanism and Architecture department in 2015 and after his graduation, he studied abroad at the Estonian Academy of Arts in Tallinn. Before joining ATTA in 2017, Valentino worked as an architect at DGT Architects (FR) where he has been involved in different projects with varying complexity and scale.
Administrative Director
Elsa Willmott | FR
Elsa Willmott joined ATTA in 2017 and becomes the administration director in 2022 after her collaboration in DGT since 2011. She graduated from Parsons the New School for Design, NYC, and Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Grenoble (GEM). Elsa has developed her professional knowledge and skills to manage an architectural administration and is in charge to develop ATTA’s international communication and expanding the professional network.

Naganobu Matsumura | JP
Naganobu joined ATTA in 2019 after his collaboration at Sou Fujimoto Architects in Tokyo, Japan. Naganobu has strengthened our team by combining sophisticated design with precision execution. He is currently managing large-scale projects such as Imperial Hotel Tokyo (JP), Sasahatahatsu (JP), and many others. Naganobu graduated with a Master degree in Architecture from Tokyo University in 2004. He worked at Sou Fujimoto Architects from 2007 – 2018, where he had been involved in many projects with various scales throughout all phases.
Romain Alies | FR
Romain joined ATTA in 2017 following his collaboration at Atelier Christian de Portzamparc where he was engaged in various urban and architectural projects. During his time at ATTA, he contributed to projects such as Restaurant KEI (FR), Furoshiki Paris (FR), Chiso store (JP), and Imperial Hotel (JP). He graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Bordeaux in 2016 and studied part of his Master’s studies at Kyushu University, Japan.
Naien Huang | TW
Naien joined ATTA in 2025 as a Project Manager, bringing over 18 years of experience in architectural design across East Asia, particularly in Taiwan and Japan. He began his career in Taiwan as an interior designer and contractor before earning a Master’s in Architecture from Waseda University in Japan. There, he held roles ranging from architect to construction and project manager, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the design and building process. His portfolio includes projects of varying scales for clients in the IT, pharmaceutical, finance, and investment sectors.

Sayaka Kondo | JP
Sayaka Kondo joined ATTA in 2017 after her collaboration as the branding director at PH Paris Japon K.K / Pierre Hermé Paris in Tokyo for 10 years. She is in charge of administration and communication her 15 years of experience in public relations, consulting in art, fashion and high brand fields, as well as specialising in Japanese – French relations, and has a proven a solid track record in both client development and retention.
