Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern your use of the content and services offered by AstroManch (hereinafter referred to as “We,” “Us,” “Our,” “AstroManch App,” “Website,” or “Platform”) via www.astromanch.com or our mobile application.

1. UPDATION

AstroManch may update/modify these Terms periodically. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms to ensure compliance. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. USER CONSENT

By accessing AstroManch, you (“User,” “You,” “Your”) agree to these Terms. If you disagree, refrain from using the Platform.

3. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

AstroManch is an online platform offering:

  • Free Services: Astrological content, basic reports, and limited chat.
  • Paid Services: Personalized consultations (chat/call), live streaming sessions, and detailed reports.

To access Paid Services, you must register as a member.

4. REGISTRATION & ELIGIBILITY
  • You must be 18+ years and legally capable of entering a contract under Indian law.
  • Provide accurate Registration Data (e.g., phone number, email). Misuse (e.g., fake accounts) may lead to termination.
  • You consent to notifications via WhatsApp, SMS, push alerts, etc.

Key Features:

  • Call/Chat with Astrologer: By using this feature, you consent to receive calls even if your number is on DND.
  • First Free Chat/Call: New users get a 1–5 minute free session (one per unique device/number).
  • Live Streaming: Participation in live sessions is subject to community guidelines (Section 12).
5. USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree not to:

  • Post harmful, defamatory, or illegal content.
  • Harass others or share explicit material.
  • Violate intellectual property rights.
  • Use automated tools to scrape data or disrupt services.
  • Promote violence, hate speech, or illegal activities (e.g., black magic, terrorism).

Live Streaming Rules:

  • No nudity, profanity, or harmful behaviour.
  • Astrologers must not guarantee medical/legal outcomes.
6. PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION & REFUND
  • Payments: Fees for chat/call/live sessions are per-minute or subscription-based.
  • No Refunds: Once a session starts or a report is processed, refunds are void. Exceptions:
    • Technical errors (e.g., call drops) verified within 1 hour.
    • Astrologer misconduct (evaluated case-by-case).
  • Wallet Credits: Refunds (if approved) are credited to your AstroManch wallet.
7. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATIONS
  • AstroManch does not guarantee accuracy of astrological advice.
  • Not a substitute for medical/legal/professional help.
  • No liability for User decisions based on consultations.
  • Live streaming content is moderated but not pre-screened.
8. PRIVACY & DATA

Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy. We may access your account to resolve disputes or ensure service quality.

9. TERMINATION

We may suspend/terminate accounts for:

  • Violating these Terms.
  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Harmful behaviour in live streams/chats.
10. GOVERNING LAW

Disputes will be resolved via arbitration in Ludhiana, Punjab, India, under Indian law. Punjab & Haryana High Court retain jurisdiction for injunctive relief.

12. RESTRICTED CONTENT

Prohibited on AstroManch:

  • Child exploitation (zero tolerance; accounts will be deleted and reported).
  • Hate speech, violence, or terrorism.
  • Black magic, witchcraft, or tantric practices.
  • Dangerous products (e.g., drugs, weapons).

Live Streaming Bans:

  • No sexual content, bullying, or misinformation.
  • Astrologers must not diagnose illnesses or predict unlawful events.
