Gina Miller is a trailblazing businesswoman, fearless activist, and passionate advocate for justice whose career is defined by speaking truth to power and standing up for what's right.

Galvanised by the reckless practices that triggered the 2008 Global Financial Crisis, Gina co-founded SCM Direct in 2009 - an investment firm that broke with convention.

Driven by a contrarian mindset and an unrelenting commitment to transparency, efficiency, and fairness, SCM pioneered a radically different approach where clients' interests came first, and the founders always invested alongside them.

In 2010, Gina launched the True & Fair Campaign to expose and reform widespread malpractice in the investment and pensions industry - from hidden fees and closet index tracking to systemic regulatory failures. Her tenacious campaigning led to pivotal reforms, including text in three key EU Directives in 2014 that have strengthened protections and outcomes for millions of consumers across Europe.

Determined to tackle the gender investment and pensions gaps, Gina founded MoneyShe in 2020 to empower woman with financial knowledge, confidence, and advocacy. MoneyShe supports women in building long-term economic security, while challenging structural inequalities that hold them back.
Gina’s activism spans more than three decades. It began in 1990 when she fought to improve education for children with special needs, inspired by her own daughter’s experiences. Over the years, she has also campaigned against modern slavery, championed domestic abuse survivors (as one herself), and pushed for stronger online safety standards.

A fearless voice for transparency, ethics, responsible capitalism, and civic duty, in 2017 and 2019, she made history by twice defeating UK Prime Ministers in the Supreme Court, safeguarding the sovereignty of Parliament. These landmark constitutional victories are now taught in schools, colleges, and universities across the UK.

Her searingly honest autobiography, Rise: Life Lessons in Speaking Out, Standing Tall & Leading the Way, offers powerful lessons in courage, integrity, and resilience - and continues to inspire people to find their voices, stand up and be counted.

Mandy Rawlinson is Head of UK and EMEA, Aberdeen Investments, where she is responsible for, among other things, the overall P&L and strategy across the region.

Mandy has held various roles at Aberdeen including Head of Client Risk and Governance; where she was responsible for building a new client risk function, Chief of Staff; where she was responsible for business transformation, and Head of Strategy and Management EMEA; where she was responsible for identifying and leading enhancement and regulatory change projects (such as Brexit and legal entity rationalisation) to deliver improved business efficiencies, better governance and an enhanced client experience. In addition, Mandy sits as a director on investment entities in the UK, Cayman Islands and the Middle East.

Ms. Rawlinson is a Solicitor (qualified in Scotland and England and Wales) and a Notary Public. She holds an LL.B (Honours) in Scots Law from The University of Dundee and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Glasgow Graduate School of Law. Mandy also has undertaken Executive Education with Harvard Business School. Outside of work, Mandy is an ex-professional athlete, representing Team Great Britain at two World Equestrian Games, in Rome (1998) and Jerez (2002).

Mike Tumilty is Aegon Asset Management’s Chief Operations Officer responsible for the oversight of Operations and Technology. He joined Aegon Asset Management on 4th January 2023. Prior to his current role, he was the Global Chief Operating Officer at adrdn plc from March 2019 until the end of 2022. He spent 28 years at Standard Life, Standard Life Investments and abrdn in many senior roles in the Operations, Change and Technology space. He led on multiple large scale acquisitions as well numerous Target Operating Model initiatives. He was also the appointed as the shareholder representative for abrdn on the board of Phoenix Plc (FTSE100) between September 2019 and the end of June 2022. He also been a member of the Citi Global Advisory Board since 2010 which offers advice and guidance as to the development of the Citi Securities Services business globally. Having joined Standard Life as a graduate trainee in 1994 after graduating with a BA (hons) in Economics from Heriot-Watt University, he is a keen promoter of the development of young talent and takes a keen interest all matters pertaining to Diversity, Equality and Inclusion. Mike has been a member of the Court of Heriot-Watt since 2018 and is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee as well as Chair of Heriot-Watt Services Limited which is the company under which Heriot-Watt’s sports facility (Oriam) sits from a legal entity perspective. Mike is also a retired football referee having officiated over 65 games in the Scottish Premier League in a career which spanned 10 years as a Category 1 Referee. He is also a keen Marathon runner in his spare time.

Davina joined Royal London Asset Management as Chief Operating Officer in September 2025. She has responsibility for Royal London Asset Management’s operations, data, technology systems and business change functions.

With over 20 years of experience in financial services, Davina has held senior roles across Asset Management, Asset Servicing and Wealth Management. She has worked internationally for Barclays and BNP Paribas, and most recently served as COO for Europe, Middle East & Africa at Nikko Asset Management.

Alongside her executive career, Davina has held a range of independent advisory and governance roles across the financial services and charity sectors, reflecting her strong commitment to sustainability, diversity and inclusion, and responsible innovation.  Davina holds a BA (Hons) degree in Mathematics from the University of Bristol.

Investment experience: 21 years

Prior to joining CGAM in 2015 Chris was an Operations Officer at State Street Bank. He has held operational roles servicing Investment Trust and Institutional Pension Fund clients.
