Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time directly from your account. Because your websites, phone numbers, and automations need to stay live to capture leads, we don’t offer a ‘pause’ option—but you can easily switch to a lower tier to reduce costs while keeping your digital doors open.
Do I need a contract?
The only time we require a contract is for custom, project-based work (such as full custom website builds or dedicated app development). In those specific cases, we use a contract to protect your investment and clearly define the scope of work we are delivering.
Which plan is right for me?
It comes down to one question: Do you want to build it yourself, or have us help you?

How will my tasks be queued for production?
We use a streamlined priority queue system designed to maintain steady momentum. Our team dedicates their full attention to one task at a time, ensuring high quality and allowing for unlimited revisions until it is perfect.
Once a task is approved, we immediately begin working on the next highest-priority item in your queue, keeping your projects moving forward efficiently.
What are your support and operating hours?
We offer two distinct levels of availability to ensure you are always covered:

24/7/365 General Support: Our support desk is always open to answer general questions or address urgent platform issues, day or night, holidays included.

Task & Development Team: The specialists executing your queued tasks and projects work Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm MT.
Note: Our task teams observe major U.S. holidays. We send alerts in advance of any closures, but rest assured that general 24/7 support remains available during those times.
Do you offer Free Trials?
Our Starter and Essential Plans have a 14-Day Trial Period. Some of our larger packages like the Basic Custom Website, the Advanced Custom Website, or the Government Contract Landing Page Package come with 12 months of Free Essentials.
What about PRO+?
Pro+ is like Pro except you can have up to 3 tasks worked on simultaneously.
How do I track my tasks and manage requests?
For our Booster, Pro, and Pro+ members, total task visibility is just a login away.

What about custom work?
Great question. Our subscription plans cover ‘growth tasks’—like updating a page, building a funnel, or setting up an automation.
Large-scale creative projects—like full custom website builds, logo design, or complete menu engineering—require a dedicated project team and timeline, so they are handled separately.

Do you accept rush or urgent work requests?
We know that business moves fast and unexpected deadlines arise.
For large, complex initiatives, we generally recommend 1–2 months of lead time. This allows ample room for strategy, development, feedback loops, and rigorous testing to ensure a flawless deployment.
However, if you have an urgent request with a tighter turnaround, please contact support@ask4tea.com immediately with the scope of work. We will assess the project’s feasibility and, whenever possible, provide a custom quote that includes a rush fee to prioritize expediting the delivery.
