The product is fantastic! Heather’s service was superb and beyond all expectations! Serjay is a great professional. He is efficient and made several adjustments with a smile. His/Heather’s crews were terrific. Great care was given to our new home. The team was very detailed oriented and every time worked until they got it right. Heather is a great communicator and kept me informed all along the way. I would recommend her to anyone, always. The Hunter Douglas blinds are beautiful, elegant, and cool. My only concern is the battery mechanism. I hope I can be serviced over the years to upgrade them. The App is a good tool, but not really in my wheelhouse. I would recommend Hunter Douglas (I already have many admirers) and Heather to everyone!
