I was hoping to avoid this, but I guess the time has come. For the new year, my LiveJournal is going to be friends-only. The anonymous comment on Stewart's blog has reminded me that the Internet really is wide open, and I can't remain private merely by being low-profile.
If I've friended you, the only difference is that now you'll have to log in to view my entries. For everyone else, including folks without LJ accounts, well... get an account. It's free.
