We encourage you to first check out The Care Center for the most comprehensive support with your basic needs. It’s the best place to get connected with services that address food, housing, financial assistance, and wellness.

The Poly Pantry offers a quick and convenient way to access free groceries and personal care items. Just register online, order what you need, and pick up your bag at the Poly Pantry Outreach Office, Bronco Student Center, Bldg. 35-1216, at your selected time!

Weekly Appointment Info

  • Appointments open every Sunday at 2:00 PM for the upcoming week.
  • If all appointments are booked, email or call us. We’ll do our best to find a time that works for you.
  • Walk-ins are welcome for emergency or urgent situations.

How to Register

  1. Register at: Online Pantry Registration
  2. Sign the Waiver of Liability (required)
  3. If you are under 18, email us at polypantry@cpp.edu to receive a PDF waiver for your parent/guardian to sign.

How to Place an Order

  1. Select a pickup date and time
  2. Add the items you need to your cart
  3. Click checkout
  4. Check your CPP email for a confirmation with pickup instructions
  5. Please contact us to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

On the Day of Your Order Pickup

Please arrive at the Poly Pantry & Outreach Office (Bldg. 35-1216) at the date and time you selected when placing your order.

What to Expect

  1. Check in with the Outreach Team at the front desk.
  2. You can have a seat in the office or lobby while your order is assembled.
    • Most wait times are about 10 minutes.
    • It may take longer during busy periods. We appreciate your patience!
  3. Once your order is ready, we’ll call your name and hand it to you.
  4. Please double-check your order before leaving.
    • If anything is missing or incorrect, notify the Outreach Team right away so we can assist you.
    • While we do our best to keep the Pantry fully stocked, some items may occasionally be unavailable. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

Special Accommodations & Alternate Pickups

  • If you need any accommodation, please reach out before your appointment so we can support you.
  • If someone else is picking up your order on your behalf:
    • Email us in advance at polypantry@cpp.edu with the full name of the person.
    • That person must bring:
      • A copy of your order confirmation email (which you’ll need to forward to them), and
      • Any form of personal ID (Bronco ID not required).
    • We cannot release your order to another person without proper documentation.

Poly Pantry Hours of Operations
The Poly Pantry is open year-round, except during the last week of December. Hours are subject to change, so please check our Facility Hours page , ASI App, or social media pages for the most up-to-date information.

Parking Information

Poly Pantry offers a convenient 15-minute parking permit service so customers can quickly park and pick up their online orders. Orders will be ready upon arrival—no need to wait.

Parking spot is available on Camphor Ln, just south of Building 97—between the University Theatre (Bldg. 25) and Campus Center Marketplace (Bldg. 97). Click here for a Google Maps link to the Poly Pantry Parking Spaces .

How It Works

  1. Use the Poly Pantry Pickup Permit form to request a parking permit.
  2. Select the same date and time on your parking permit request as your Poly Pantry order confirmation. The times must match.
  3. Submit your request for a 15-minute parking permit.
  4. You will automatically receive a confirmation email with the permit attached.
  5. Print the permit and place it clearly on your vehicle dashboard before picking up your order.
  6. Park in the designated 15-minute spot on Camphor Ln and come inside to pick up your order.

This service is operated by Parking and Transportation Services.

  • If someone else is parked in the designated pick-up space, please contact us with a description of the vehicle so we can report it to CPP Police at (909) 869-5472.

We’ve seen a significant increase in the number of students seeking support. Every donation, big or small, helps us meet that growing need and ensures students can thrive both academically and personally.

Fresh produce: bell peppers, potatoes, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, zucchini, apples, bananas, kiwis, pears, oranges

Dairy: almond milk, coconut milk, soy milk, oat milk

Breakfast: cereal, oatmeal, bars

Grains: pasta, rice, bread

Vegetables: canned corn, mixed vegetables, canned peas, canned carrots

Fruit: canned pears, canned pineapple, canned peaches, canned mixed fruit

Protein: tuna, chicken, dry beans, canned beans

Meals: soup, pasta, noodles

Condiments: oil, peanut butter, jelly, spices

Snacks: trail mix, granola bars, popcorn, almonds

A BroncoID is required to receive your Poly Pantry order. You can now access your digital ID. To access your digital ID, click here. Select display virtual BroncoID and log in using your CPP credentials.

Registration (time slots or appointment windows) open every Sunday at 3:00 PM. If a time frame has no additional times available, that time slot is full. However, you can contact us at polypantry@cpp.edu and we will open an appointment for you.
