E911:
- Callers located in the U.S. & Puerto Rico with access to cellular service will have their 911 calls routed through their mobile device's native dialer.
- For CA users, the call will be routed through the Wi-Fi connection. In the event that the cellular connection fails, the call will be routed through the Wi-Fi connection, providing users with an alternative option when cellular service is unavailable.
