Hi! I’m Art, and I use they/them pronouns.

I’m an experienced product designer with a deep passion for intuitive user interface design and inclusive user experiences. I bring exceptional visual design skills, user research capabilities, and a strong interest in design system structuring. I create scalable, accessible, elegant digital products that center user equity and real-world impact.

Most recently, I was the Product Designer at Universe, where I made design improvements to their all-in-one campaign platform, which helps downballot grassroots political candidates run for office. I took the lead on developing a buildable component library and update guidelines for Universe’s design system, Aether, for internal use.

Previously, I was the Manager for UX Design and Research at Leadership for Educational Equity. I synthesized user research and improved member user experience in their digital ecosystem so that people passionate about education could plug into civic leadership. Since studying Sociology at Rutgers University, I live in Philadelphia with my partner and our three cats, Gabriel, Sesame, and Tofu. I enjoy taking film photographs on old cameras and developing the film in a coffee solution, talking about food, building Lego creations and spend my nights thinking about better ways to organize and decorate my home.
