Rigid

This is a software to calculate three-dimensional structures of bars with rigid joints, semi-rigid or pinned. Default bars unions to nodes will be stiff, but the user can modify to your taste the degree of embedment of the same at each end so as to calculate the structure more closely resembles reality.

This feature is particularly important in the calculation of articulated structures, since in these unions will never be perfect abutments, and occasionally are perfect joints.

The program also allows the calculation due to temperature variations of the bars of the structure, this data may be defined bar to bar, as well as indicate whether the bar has a pretension.

This program is designed for installation on personal computers, PC or compatible type under the Windows operating environment.

At the moment the program has two versions 3 and 4 that evolve in parallel.
The difference is that version 3 uses the units of the Technical System, while version 4 works with units of the International System.
