Luis plays a key role in shaping the investment strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and guiding the overall direction of the team. He also oversees financial projections, budgeting, and accounting to ensure the viability and sustainability of each project.
DEVELOPER
Juan leads day-to-day construction planning and on-site management to ensure the efficient execution of each project. He works closely with contractors, engineers, and suppliers to maintain smooth communication and alignment with development goals.
He is responsible for ensuring compliance with construction schedules and budgets, overseeing the full process through to project delivery. Like Luis, Juan also manages financial oversight, including projections, budgeting, and accounting, to maintain structured and sustainable operations.
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Catalina is the creative force behind the architectural and interior design direction of each project. She defines the visual identity and ensures all design elements are in harmony with the development’s character.
She leads the sourcing and selection of high-end materials—such as stone, metal, finishes, and appliances—carefully curating each detail to elevate the design quality. Catalina also oversees visual production, including 3D renders, animations, and design presentations.
She works closely with premium vendors and design partners to uphold exceptional standards throughout the creative process.
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
