Keynote Speaker
Henna Pryor
So what does work?
If you’ve ever felt your ideas get stuck in neutral, even when they’re smart, well-reasoned, and forward-thinking, you’re not alone. Too often, we pour energy into making our ideas more attractive or more exciting, without understanding the invisible frictions that are quietly slowing us down. And in an industry like rental, where speed, trust, and relationships matter, those hidden frictions are often what make or break your momentum.
In this empowering and practical session, world-renowned speaker, author, Inc. Columnist, and Workplace Performance Expert Henna Pryor breaks down the three psychological reasons people resist change — and gives you the tools to get past them.
Whether you’re:
- Trying to rally your team around a new process
- Pitching a solution to a long-time customer
- Asking for the raise, promotion, or visibility you’ve earned
…this keynote delivers the mindset and messaging tools to help you influence with more clarity, more confidence, and way less friction.
After this keynote, you’ll be able to:
- Shift from problem-solver to friction-finder, unlocking conversations that actually move
- Understand why being seen as the “expert” can backfire, and what to do instead
- Reframe your ideas from multiple angles to build trust and earn the green light faster
In a space where women are increasingly shaping the future of rental, this session will equip you to be heard, be persuasive, and move forward with the influence and impact you deserve.
