the doctor once told me that if i failed to post for a single day the internet would explode. although we stopped the master's nefarious plan pretty quickly, i suspect that original instruction still lingers at the back of my mind because i end up posting a lot anyway.

i'm in my late twenties/early thirties, i'm female, i used to work in publishing (where i made the books and, more importantly, the tea) and now work for the civil service (where i help make websites and have to bring my own tea). i like tea. i love blake's 7, particularly the bits about blake and avon, and (rather unoriginally) blake/avon. if you're wondering whether you should watch this bbc science fiction classic, you should. i made a post that may convince you to do that here. before that my primary fandom was doctor who (where i liked new Who, classic Who, big finish and, of course, doctor/master. my doctor is eight, five, six).

i am still pretty active on the combined DW/LJ platform (see above), though i do mostly post about roj blake. if you want to friend me please do. (if you say hello here i will almost certainly friend you back) but don't say i didn't warn you about the obsessive posting about nothing. if you have no preference, i slightly prefer being friended on dreamwidth, but obviously i still use LJ's terminology.

oh, and i met stephen fry once. it was, quite genuinely, one of the best moments ever.
