Shawn Daly is a seasoned Project and Program Manager currently supporting Gore Medical at WL Gore & Associates. With a strong focus on aligning project execution with strategic business objectives, Shawn leads initiatives across clinical affairs, medical affairs, health economics, regulatory, and product surveillance Domains.

Shawn brings over a decade of experience from the automotive industry, where he served as an automotive machinist and cell leader for a tier 1 engine remanufacturer. Since joining WL Gore & Associates in 2007, he has held diverse roles across manufacturing, production leadership, and continuous improvement, culminating in his current leadership in project and program management.

He holds multiple certifications from Villanova University, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Leading Agile Teams, and Mastering Project Management. He is also a PSM II Certified Scrum Master through Scrum.org.

Shawn’s expertise lies in teaching and implementing Lean and Agile methodologies. His notable achievements include leading global product transitions, launching new products, mentoring early-career professionals, and driving continuous improvement initiatives using Agile/Scrum frameworks. He has been a mentor to high school engineering students supporting the Appoquinimink. Middletown and Odessa school districts since 2019.

A member of the Project Management Institute, Shawn is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experiences to positively impact others' careers and lives.
