I have never been so satisfied and grateful working with a company that their staff are ALWAYS available, courteous, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable in their field…AND on the ball! I have already told several business colleagues about Asset Preservation. Thanks to you, I was able to successfully complete several 1031 exchanges. Thank you for taking my call, answering all my questions, and following through immediately.
I wish all real estate transactions were handled in this professional manner. You have me for life as long as you maintain this high level of customer satisfaction. Your counselors never hesitated to answer my questions and ALWAYS seemed to go the extra mile to make sure everything was 100%. I have recommended you to my associates and friends and will continue to do so. Best wishes, Mike.
Your work and service was seamless. There wasn’t one moment of any concern. Your follow up & reminders made me feel like my mother was beside me. Thank you.
Your entire team was always helpful, always professional and extremely well advised of all conditions and procedures for 1031 exchanges. I particularly found API’s command of the subject matter and the simple way complex issues were explained to me invaluable to my investments and overall planning. On a scale of 1-5, asked above, I would give API a 6 and have recommend your company to many friends and associates. Thank you.
If I could give 100 stars for support and attention to detail I definitely would. Your team did a great job. This was our first experience using a professional exchange company, and we were very pleased with how your representatives responded to our questions. The process was accurately described to us when we joined the process and things happened in the order and time frame we expected. The speed of support and attention to detail is quite phenomenal. You will be extremely pleased.
Washington state law, RCW 19.310.040, requires an exchange facilitator to either maintain a fidelity bond in an amount of not less than one million dollars that protects clients against losses caused by criminal acts of the exchange facilitator, or to hold all client funds in a qualified escrow account or qualified trust that requires your consent for withdrawals. All exchange funds must be deposited in a separately identified account using your taxpayer identification number. You must receive written notification of how your exchange funds have been deposited. Your exchange facilitator is required to provide you with written directions of how to independently verify the deposit of the exchange funds. Exchange facilitation services are not regulated by any agency of the state of Washington or of the United States government. It is your responsibility to determine that your exchange funds will be held in a safe manner.
