Do you sell retail or only wholesale?

We focus on B2B partnerships (distributors, retailers, installers). End-users can purchase via our partners.

Where are you based?

Design, engineering & manufacturing in Türkiye. Fulfillment via our EU warehouse (Stadtlohn, Germany); US warehousing (New York) is planned to support North America.

PRODUCTS & FITMENT

What materials do you use?

Automotive-grade ABS, produced via vacuum forming, trimmed by CNC/robotic systems, then QC-checked and transport-protected.

Are parts painted?

Unless specified, parts ship unpainted (black surface). Professional painting is recommended after a dry-fit.

Will this product fit my vehicle?

Each listing specifies model / generation / trim and includes a "Fits Only" line.
Products are based on 3D scans of the listed vehicle; shape differences can cause misfit.

Do you provide hardware and instructions?

Where applicable, mounting hardware and 3M tape are included. Dry-fit is mandatory before drilling/painting. For guides,

Can you use our vehicle for development?

QUALITY, TESTING & COMPLIANCE

How do you ensure fitment and quality?

Fixture (jig) checks on critical geometries, multi-point inspections, lot traceability, and on-car validations prior to release.

Do you have TÜV/KBA or similar certifications?

ORDERING & PRICING

How do I open a trade account?

What are your MOQs?

Typical starting MOQs: 10-20 units per SKU, with mix-and-match options across a platform. Exclusivity/projects may require higher MOQs.

Do you offer samples?

Yes. Samples follow trade terms; potential credit/discount on first PO (program-

What are your lead times & payment terms?

Standard SKUs: ~2-3 weeks to ship (stock-dependent). Payment per proforma (e.g., deposit/balance). Credit terms may be reviewed post-onboarding.

Which currencies do you invoice in?

Default EUR (EU). USD/GBP available by agreement.

Do you protect pricing and territories?

We support regional partnership models (e.g., MAP/territory frameworks) tied to volumes, stock commitments, and marketing cooperation.

SHIPPING & LOGISTICS

Where do orders ship from?

Primarily Stadtlohn, Germany. US (NY) to follow.

What shipping options do you offer?

Parcel/pallet via carrier network; LCL/FCL for larger orders. Incoterms
available: EXW/FOB/CIF/DDP (case-by-case).

How much is shipping?

Can we use our own forwarder?

Do you offer pickup/collection?

How are products packed?

Protective film (where applicable), edge protection, inner wrap, reinforced cartons; palletization per carrier guidelines.

AFTER-SALES, RETURNS & CLAIMS

What is your return policy for trade customers?

Returns require authorization (RMA). Items must be unused, unpainted,
unmodified, and in original packaging within the agreed window. Request

Shipment damaged or items missing?

Report within 24 hours of delivery to info@apexaerodesign.com ([Claims]),
including: 

  • Order/Invoice number
  • Clear photos of product damage
  • Photos of packaging/labels

Received the wrong item?

label/barcode, any underside engraving (if applicable), and your vehicle details.

Warranty

Covers manufacturing defects under normal use and proper installation. Third-
