About APCAA

The All Pakistan Customs Agents Association (APCAA) is the national representative body of licensed customs agents in Pakistan. Established under the Trade Organizations Act, 2013 and registered with the Director General of Trade Organizations (DGTO), APCAA serves as the unified voice of customs agents working at all major ports, dry ports, and airports across the country.

APCAA was formed with a vision to promote professionalism, transparency, and cooperation within the customs brokerage sector and to strengthen the vital link between traders and Pakistan Customs.

Over the years, the Association has become a trusted stakeholder and an active partner in trade facilitation, policy dialogue, and digital transformation of customs operations. Through its national network, APCAA continues to advocate for reforms that simplify procedures, encourage compliance, and enhance efficiency in the clearance process.

Dear Members, Colleagues, and Visitors,
It is an honor and a privilege to serve as the Chairman of the All Pakistan Customs Agents Association (APCAA), a national platform representing the united voice of Pakistan’s customs clearing and forwarding community.

APCAA has always played a vital role in promoting transparency, professionalism, and facilitation in trade through close collaboration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Pakistan Customs, and other government and private sector stakeholders. Our aim is to ensure that the voice of our members is effectively heard in policy formulation and that the business environment remains conducive to growth, compliance, and fair competition.

We are committed to strengthening our institutional capacity and expanding our membership base across all Collectorates of Pakistan, ensuring that every licensed customs agent benefits from the collective strength and recognition that APCAA provides.

Our Presence

The All Pakistan Customs Agents Association (APCAA) maintains an extensive national network with active regional chapters in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Multan, and Faisalabad. Each regional body represents local customs agents, ensuring their voices are heard and their concerns addressed at both regional and national levels.

Through this wide representation, APCAA actively engages with port authorities, customs departments, and trade bodies across Pakistan.
