Your legacy

Safeguarding the future of British Jewry.

Legacy 3

Why leave a legacy?

Antisemitism is rising. Our polling of the British public clearly shows that younger generations display higher levels of antisemitic sentiment. There is now little doubt that the growing need to fight antisemitism across the UK will intensify massively in the years to come.

We once lived in a golden era for British Jews, but those days have ended. And yet, it would be a tragedy both for Britain and its Jews if the darkness of extremism becomes dominant in this country.

We must protect future generations by ensuring that the fight against antisemitism continues. By leaving a gift in your will, you can play a vital role in safeguarding our community in the years to come.

How legacy giving works

Leaving a gift in your will is a powerful way to make a lasting impact in the fight against antisemitism.

You can choose:

  • A residuary gift: a percentage of your estate after other commitments.
  • A pecuniary gift: a fixed sum of money.
  • A specific gift: such as property, shares, or other assets.

Tax benefits

Gifts to Campaign Against Antisemitism are exempt from Inheritance Tax. Leaving 10% or more of your estate to charity can significantly reduce the overall tax rate, allowing you to support both your loved ones and the causes you care about.

Please consult a solicitor or tax adviser for personalised guidance.
