The Visionary Innovator

Throughout his coaching career—spanning roles as a Graduate Assistant and Analyst in the SEC at Tennessee and Mississippi State, and later as one of the youngest position coaches in college football at Arkansas State—Shalala experienced firsthand the chaos and time demands of data breakdown, report creation, and game planning that was required in order to win during a college football season.

Driven by an innovative spirt and a deep passion for helping coaches, he set out to challenge the status quo by developing a product built to serve coaches at every level.

Tim Prukop & Randy Eccker

The Business Builders

Tim Prukop: Tim spent 12 years coaching football at Arizona State, USC, NFL Europe, and high school before shifting to the technology industry. He then spent over a decade introducing groundbreaking technologies to the sports industry. From leading the shift to multimedia at XOS Technologies to managing innovations at companies like Conviva and VenueNext, Tim’s expertise ensures ANSRS delivers cutting-edge solutions for coaches.

Randy Eccker: After a Hall of Fame basketball and baseball career at Creighton, Randy coached college basketball for nine years and worked in professional basketball for four seasons. After his coaching career, Randy has founded or helped launch industry-standard companies, including Lexicon, Avid Sports, and XOS Technologies. Each revolutionized how coaches manage video and data. At ANSRS, Randy continues his legacy of innovation, helping coaches succeed on and off the field.

With their extensive coaching and business backgrounds, Tim and Randy joined with Jon to build ANSRS and bring his vision to the football coaching profession at every level.
