*Unsatisfied: If you are with your order you may return your item for a full refund as long as shipping is paid by you in calculation of both ways. For example, if $5 was the shipping cost to you, then $5 there and $5 back is $10 deducted from total refund, keep this in mind, however. I really hate to see unhappy customers.
*If you receive the wrong item, however, I will pay for shipping for you to get your proper item in your hands as it would be my personal mistake.
*Postal service related mess-ups: I do not pay for them. However, if you are a good and a returning customer who seems honest I more-than-likely will help you out by issuing you a full refund and shipping refund to you.
*Holds on items?... Yes, max. 1 week IF another person is interested in an item on hold and they are willing to pay right away, I may have to accept their payment that week passes. I will update the person with the item on hold about this before a change takes place. If no one else is interested I will be willing to hold it for as long as the item exists. Be wary humans make mistakes, it is as YOUR own risk to have an item on hold where nothing is guaranteed. Instant payments = Instant packaging with YOUR name on it!
*I will ship on Fridays or earlier. Never expect a shipment to be sent out in more than a week unless something special is required.
