The ANIME/MANGA BEST are awards celebrating 2008/2009's best icon makers. Voting will be done in rounds; Preliminaries will be comment-based and Finals will be done through polls to ensure accuracy. The rules are simple: vote honestly (no cheating), pimp (so that everyone has an equal chance), and refer to this post if you have a question or you'd like to be dropped from a category. Fanart and doujinshi icons are allowed, but there will be separate categories for them so that those who don't wish to participate can opt out. |
